Technology shifts. Sometimes gradually. Sometimes all at once.

After more than 35 years in IT, I have learned to pay attention when the direction of the industry changes. In late 2024, I made a deliberate pivot from quantum computing research to applied artificial intelligence. Quantum computing remains fascinating, but the practical signal around AI was impossible to ignore.

AI is not just another technology trend. It is becoming part of the operating fabric of modern business — including how systems are built, how decisions are supported, how work is automated, and how risk must be understood.

This site documents my work in that shift.

My focus is practical AI architecture, security, governance, and threat modeling. I am interested in building real systems, studying how they work, identifying where they can fail, and thinking clearly about how they should be controlled, deployed, and used responsibly.

You will find project write-ups, architecture breakdowns, threat models, AI security notes, and reflections on what secure AI adoption requires in practice — especially in complex enterprise environments where governance, risk, and implementation all have to meet.

A few older quantum-computing-related posts remain here from the earlier phase of my learning. They are part of the path, but the primary focus of this site is now applied AI, AI security, and responsible AI implementation.
